No its even sillier...
I've just worked out it's because I have my bookmarks in a sidebar.
It appears to obscure the boxes with titles like: Welcome to the Actian Documentation Portal
This was working fine up until a few days ago.

I always just type docs.actian.com into a browser - that still works.
It maybe they have changed the internal structure thus rendering your stored links obsolete....

Still works, but all the links now go to descriptive texts of each guide rather than the online guides themselves.
