    Location: Chicago, IL

    Job Description:
    Sr. Technical Developer / Technical Lead Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow, including forms, workflows, interfaces and custom code Participate in the Design Sessions Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service
    Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, and Reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in a team of matrixed application developers throughout the SDLC to deliver solutions on-time Ability to write clear, concise and
    accurate technical documentation, like requirements, system architecture design, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams Works towards ServiceNow Certified Application Developer/ServiceNow Certified Administrator Certification
    Requirements 3+ years of specific experience working on Cloud SaaS/PaaS platforms Exposure he following Technologies - XML, CAML,HTML/CSS,AJAX,JSON, AngularJS.
    Strong Development Experience on any of the New Cloud Based Development Platforms.
    Hands on Development Experience on ServiceNow will be an Added Advantage. ServiceNow Administrator and Developer Certifications are considered as an advantage (ServiceNow certifications regarding PPM, HRSD, ITSM or CSM; SCRUM Master certification, ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 foundation certification; etc.).
    Strong Understanding of JavaScript Requirements gathering Building prototypes.
