Reporting "abuse" in this case is pointless. The derp is posting with a fake name/email address. The only thing we know is where he's posting from. Typically
usenet news providers will not take any kind of action unless the person is
doing seriously illegal things - and even then it requires a law enforcement
action of some kind for them to chase the dork down and cut off his access.
The simple thing to do would be to configure your newsreader to ignore traffic
from his posting host (this info can be found in the header of his messages).
If you're using Google Groups to read this newsgroup, you're pretty much SOL.
I'd recommend getting a dedicated newsreader such as XanaNews and then use
one of the free news servers such as the one available through bbs-scene.org.
