• New compression method possible

Ok so I found an interesting method that by math alone compresses. In was 23800 bits, out was 21000 bits. Again this is mathematical analysis and is not an actual result. That is with just a trial math research effort and not a full examination.

The problem is this is going to need software to complete. I'm working on other things and I want to make a deal. If you will sign a nondisclosure agreement and if you decide you want to proceed with an agreement where if you succeed in making a
compression routine I get 25% of any proceeds and that you will also assist in the creation of an encryption routine.

I'll stress it is math based results and is probably not going to perfectly be the results, however it is very new and creative. I'll speculate that it should exceed, at minimum, Winzip.

A quick search on google says that there are already methods which are better than winzip. For example: https://www.diffen.com/difference/RAR_vs_ZIP. Just a heads-up that you may want to compare with the current incumbent instead of winzip. Thanks.
