This file UUdecodes to a nine-disk-block program named "CS-D64.BIN". It
is a patch program for "Common Sense", the terminal program that ships with the CBM 1670 modem. Using Common Sense for an Xmodem download of a binary file, you would do a comkey-x (for Xmodem), and then a comkey-r (for receive), and then a comkey-p (for PRG file type). At that point, you would be prompted for a filename. With the patch, you do exactly the same thing. But if you are downloading a 174,848-byte "D64" disk image file and you enter "#" for a filename, the original disk will be recovered using a 1541/1571 drive.

Load and run "CS-D64.BIN" with your Common Sense disk in the drive, and follow the bouncing ball.
