I would be pretty astonished if anyone sees this post, but perhaps there
is someone out there who has the "Add-In Development Kit for 1-2-3"?

Apparently it was available with the Lotus Professional Developers
Program. I found a copy of the original 1993 release announcement here:

    https://groups.google.com/g/comp.apps.spreadsheets/c/JcEZx4qug1E/m/pVqxdIwv7EQJ

I think it was also available on various BBS with the name LDEV4PWA.ZIP (probably with questionable provenance, but if you happen to have that
copy I would still love to see it!)

There was also a third-party port to Turbo Pascal called "TechoJock Add-vantage", that would also be interesting to see.

I'm trying to figure out the API for a hobby project, but some
documentation or headers would really speed up the process!

Believe it or not, I did get a hold of a copy, and an old out of print
book "Lotus Add-In Tool Kit Guide" by Robert Ainsbury.

I'll upload the files to archive.org, and donate the book when I'm done.
