    February 23: JTS sold substantially all of the assets of its Atari Division, consisting primarily of the Atari intellectual property rights and license agreements, to HIAC XI Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hasbro Interactive (which was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of toy company Hasbro, Inc.), for $5 million.

    May 7: The name of HIAC XI Corp. was changed to: Atari Interactive, Inc.
