OpenAI is a research organization that focuses on developing and advancing artificial intelligence, and they do not typically buy questions or ideas from individuals. However, they may be interested in collaborating with researchers, businesses, or
other organizations that share their goals and values.

If you have a research proposal or idea related to AI that you would like to share with OpenAI, you can visit their website at openai.com and find information about their research areas and ongoing projects. You can also reach out to their business
development team to explore potential collaborations.

It's important to note that any proposals or ideas you share with OpenAI may be subject to intellectual property laws and may need to be protected through patents, trademarks, or other legal means. It's a good idea to consult with a lawyer or
intellectual property expert before sharing any confidential or proprietary information.

I forgot, a research project on expanding Chatgpt symbolic logic to Plato's inference is also an intention.

Must be human, if it forgets. if it changes its mind, if it declares
    to the world isn't perfect.

Its getting harder and harder to tell who has the capacity for new
and interesting forms, and that which takes over to serve us all
with convolved convoluted evolutions, variations on what we already know
    and hate and love.

for Intelligence read statistical machines, with no hint of our
    human sarcasms.

well here is my angle. People likely expect to much of chatgpt. But it is successful as a sounding board for ideas and specific tasks where it is deeply trained(like some coding?).

Deep as in mass of information is different from value of information. I would suggest a benefit to "mining" for cost functions. These can exist as potential chatgpt replies never before seen by man.
