• New Season?

From Avon@21:1/101 to All on Fri Apr 26 14:25:55 2019
So what do we know about a new season of X-Files?

Will the truth be out there again before the end of 2019?

I've not heard a thing, here in Australia. Where have you been reading
that there might be a resurrection of 'The X-Files'??

I can't recall. Nothing recent anyway. I just wondered / hoped also that something might be happening... it seems nuts to do the recent reboot stuff
    and not do more.

Yeah, it would be good ... but would depend on the main characters,
though. With Mulder and Scully X-Files worked well .... but when Mulder
left and was replaced with (insert name here), not so much!! Or had *I*
    just grown out of it??

From memory Gillian Anderson said she was done with the show? But if David
came back and they built 2-3 new characters around him - I think it could
    work.

Heck if Netflix is happy to rescue Designated Survivor anything is possible
    :)

Never did get around to watching his follow up series, Californication
or whatever it was called, but yeah, if David, sort of, became the
'Smoking Man' character, that could work, maybe!

Don't do Netflicks, just Free-to-Air for me! ;-( What's 'Designated
    Survivor'?? ... the follow-up to Survivor, maybe ... which I also didn't
    watch!

I watched only a few episodes but it wasn't for me. :)

No it's a show about a guy who ends up president of the USA and needs to
deal with a bunch of drama trying to suss who killed off some of them.
