carried out several months after Bush was sworn in when the buck
stopped with him (inasmuch as the buck ever stops with a Republican
president -- they never take responsibility for any negative thing).
Terrorists are "planning" things constantly, if we should have another
9/11 tomorrow are you going to be just as positive it was "planned"
during the Trump administration so it's all Trump's fault? I kinda
