You don't have the foggiest idea exactly when it was "planned."

Do you? Then YOU don't have the right to tell me I don't.

You have every right to pull lies out of your silly ass, but nobody's
    believing them.

    Name the lies.

I've shown you PROOF that Clinton knew of bin Laden LONNNNG before 9/11 and that he said HIMSELF, that he could have killed bin Laden.

You didn't "SHOW PROOF" Clinton was responsible for 9/11, you
cherry-picked selected stories. Others can play that game too....

It was planned during The Clinton Administration.

You don't know when it was "planned," but so what if it was? It was
carried out several months after Bush was sworn in when the buck
stopped with him (inasmuch as the buck ever stops with a Republican
president -- they never take responsibility for any negative thing).

Terrorists are "planning" things constantly, if we should have another
9/11 tomorrow are you going to be just as positive it was "planned"
during the Trump administration so it's all Trump's fault? I kinda
    doubt it.

It's all Clinton's, since there was NO time to brief Bush on anything, let alone bin Laden's plans, which the Clinton Administration knew NOTHING of.

Horseshit, there was PLENTY OF TIME for Bush to be briefed, and indeed
he was briefed and warned many times (see above).

    You lose, NW Florida Dumbass.
