LONDON — Catherine, Princess of Wales, said that she has been diagnosed with cancer in a prerecorded message.
“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery,” said Catherine, in a video posted on Kensington Palace’s social media. “At the time, it was thought that my condition was noncancerous. The surgery was successful, however tests after the operation
found that cancer had been present.”
