You are correct... what SHE said was stupider. I was being sarcastic, in that RICO IS a law, covering CRIMES. Of course RICO, itself, is not a crime, but the
crimes covered within RICO, are.
She was arguing that RICO wasn't a crime, because Bobulinski made the CORRECT assumption, that everyone would know what he meant... that Biden was committing
crimes WITHIN RICO... everyone except the dumb ass, AOC.
She was showing very successfully that Tony B. couldn't articulate an
actual act of Biden's that was in violation of any law.
