    'Three courts in Colorado disagreed...

The Colorado court heard testimony and saw evidence presented and ruled
that Trump had engaged in insurrection.

    From the Colorado Supreme Court:

'He is, the majority concludes, disqualified from being President of the
United States again because he, as an officer of the United States, took
an oath to support the Constitution and thereafter engaged in insurrection.'

    <https://research.coloradojudicial.gov/vid/972706828>

The USSC had the opportunity to rule that the CSC erred in that
conclusion, but chose to remain mute.

So Trump has been judged to have engaged in insurrection.

So ruled after a 5 day trial by the District Court, City and County of
    Denver, State of Colorado...

...positively affirmed by the Colorado Supreme Court...

...and despite having Trump present the argument to them that he did
not, not overturned by the US Supreme Court. That which is not reversed
in an appeal still stands after the decision is released.

AND, the US House of Representatives already found that he had engaged
    in insurrection.

Asked to rule on that very point, they let the Colorado courts' finding

If that finding wasn't overturned, then it still stands as fact.

Sorry, but that's how the courts work.

There is no requirement for conviction.

A "finding" by a state court, BY LAW, can not keep Trump off the ballot; so say
the LAWS OF THE LAND, and the SUPREME COURT.

"But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

So how can that language of the 14th make sense if the disability
doesn't exist prior to such a vote?
