Except for that troublesome little fact that your constitution

    kicked off the ballot.

I've noted with great amusement how you little magats choose to view

The Senate voted on Saturday to acquit former President Donald Trump of "incitement of insurrection," concluding a fast-paced trial defined by a series
    of dramatic and...

And on of the reasons they gave for acquitting him in the Senate was
that he could be tried for it in criminal court after he was out of office.

But even more importantly, disqualifying Trump from office is a CIVIL proceeding and even criminal convictions don't bar civil proceedings
    from the same underlying act.

What a pity you don't understand how your legal system works, huh...

    ...loser?

How is that at all troublesome, loser?

A court of competent jurisdiction held a proceeding, had witnesses
presented to it, and ruled that Trump HAD incited an insurrection.

And no court that has heard the matter since has disagreed with that ruling.
