Trump SLAMS Biden's 'Weakness And Surrender' Following Death Of American Servicemen Abroad

On Sunday, a drone attack killed three U.S. service members and injured 34 additional personnel in Jordan by Iranian-backed terrorists. The drone reportedly hit a tent that was serving as a temporary housing facility in the dead of the night as soldiers slept. The base, Tower 22, is located on the Syria-Jordan border and has roughly 350 personnel stationed there from the U.S.
Army and U.S. Air Force. The attack on American troops in the region is the latest in a slew of drone and rocket attacks that have impacted troops in Iraq,
Syria, and now Jordan.
"On Jan. 28, three U.S. service members were killed and 25 injured from a one-
way attack [Unmanned Aircraft System] that impacted at a base in northeast Jordan, near the Syria border," U.S. Central Command explained in a statement.
"As a matter of respect for the families and in accordance with DoD policy, the
identities of the service-members will be withheld until 24 hours after their next of kin have been notified."
President Biden deemed the three American service members to be "patriots" and
that Iran-backed militants carried out the strikes. "The three American service
members we lost were patriots in the highest sense. And their ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten by our nation," Biden explained. "Together, we will keep the sacred obligation we bear to their families. We will strive to
be worthy of their honor and valor. We will carry on their commitment to fight
terrorism. And have no doubt - we will hold all those responsible to account at
a time and in a manner our choosing."
Later in the day, 45th President Donald Trump also responded to the deadliest day for the American military since the bombing of Abbey Gate during the Afghanistan withdrawal by pointing out that it was Biden's "weakness and surrender" that had led to these devastating attacks.
"The drone attack on a U.S. Military Installation in Jordan, killing 3 American
Service-members, and wounding many more, marks a horrible day for America. My most profound sympathies go to the Families of the Brave Service-members we have lost. I ask all Americans to join me in praying for those who have been wounded," Trump wrote. "This brazen attack on the United States is yet another
horrific and tragic consequence of Joe Biden's weakness and surrender."
"Three years ago, Iran was weak, broke, and totally under control. Thanks to my
Maximum Pressure policy, the Iranian Regime could barely scrape two dollars together to fund their terrorist proxies. Then Joe Biden came in and gave Iran
billions of dollars, which the Regime has used to spread bloodshed and carnage
throughout the Middle East. This attack would NEVER have happened if I was President, not even a chance - Just like the Iranian-backed Hamas attack on Israel would never have happened, the War in Ukraine would never have happened,
and we would right now have Peace throughout the World. Instead, we are on the
brink of World War 3," Trump continued. "This terrible day is yet more proof that we need an immediate return to PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH, so that there will
be no more chaos, no more destruction, and no more loss of precious American lives. Our Country cannot survive with Joe Biden as Commander in Chief."
President Biden has put American personnel at risk throughout the Middle East,
and it has resulted in dozens of attacks on American troops throughout the region. The past three weeks have seen five American servicemen die abroad, two
Navy SEALs, and the three personnel in the Jordan attack. President Trump is correct. Biden's weakness in the face of Iranian aggression has led to Americans dying overseas.
