    goods to them then you need to form an LLC.

    You don't need to create an LLC in order to do business - just have to register.

    If you're talking about Oregon, that LLC will be required to pay a sales tax, even if you have no sales. Yeah, I know, they don't call it a sales tax but it is a tax on all transactions so it really is a sales tax which makes it a sales tax. The claim
    that Oregon has no sales tax is an out and out lie.


    Well if you want to run a business then you need to pay the taxes that are
    due.
