No one is arguing someone who is constitutionally ineligible to run
for POTUS should be allowed to do so. People advocating for Trump
being on the ballot are disputing that there was an insurrection and
that Trump directed it. These are assertions the left has made and
never proven. What happened on January 6 was a protest gone bad. Trump
urged his supporters to protest the congressional certification of Joe Biden's electoral college election. In his final remarks to the crowd,
he admonished them to protest peacefully and even emphasized the word peacefully. A few rabble rousers turning the protest into a riot does
not amount to an insurrection. If it did, we had many insurrections in
the wake of the George Floyd killing. Protesting the certification is
not an insurrection. Certifying the electoral college is an
established legal proceeding which gives Congress the authority to
reject electors on a state-by-state basis. Trump and his followers
were uring Congress to exercise that discretion. This is no different
than what the Democrats did following the elections of 2000, 2004, and
2016. The fact that the January 6 protest got out of hand does not
raise it to the level of an insurrection nor that Trump directed it.
Those are allegations the left has made but cannot prove.

The leftnuts actually called some of the George Floyd rioting
insurrection but failed to pursue any of it the way they did Trump.
George Soros and his ilk should be sanctioned, as in permanently
    terminated.
