Oh yes. There are "pro-lifers" that want to outlaw birth control and want
to use the Comstock act to do it.
The only purpose of a woman in their eyes is to produce babies.
Their logic is having sex with no chance of procreation is a sin. This
goes back to the man in the bible that spilled is seed by pulling out
before orgasm and he was killed for it.
