Colorado Supreme Court rules Trump is DISQUALIFIED from
running for president and removed from the state ballot
under the 14th Amendment for 'engaging in an insurrection'

    . . .

THIS is how bad Colorado has become ... PURE POLITICS
    in the guise of Law.

Sorry, Trump has not been convicted of "insurrection"
anywhere and those judges NEVER heard a word of
testimony, NEVER saw a bit of evidence.

The USSC should have those judges arrested.

Wow, talk about OVERT "election interference" !

The USSC has no such enforcement power.

No, this is how *great* Colorado has become.

Sorry, Trump has not been convicted of "insurrection"

No need for that based on the plain text of section 3 of the 14th amendment.

That text does not deny one of due process. Trump is not legally guilty
of insurrection until he has been tried and convicted.

Exactly. The complainers are basically saying we shouldn't be a nation
of laws when they personally find laws inconvenient.

True. The law doesn't say "convicted." It says "engaging" The world saw
Trump spur them on and then fail to act when it got violent. And now we
have seen the private messages that basically say they planned this
action and they tried to make it look like a spontaneous decision when
    in fact it was premeditated.

If Trump checks in to the White House again, he will never leave.

Exactly. If anyone wants to see actual politics in the guise of law,
just look at the example in Texas. https://news.yahoo.com/texas-lieutenant-governor-threatens-ban-153728072.html
These guys are really unclear on the concept of law.
