I'm no fan of Trump, I wish he'd just go away. However, an indictment is not a conviction and this is premature. Not surprising though, that is the same state that ignores the Constitution and Supreme Court to punish people for acting according to theirreligious beliefs.

Some prosecutors claim that they could indict a ham sandwich. My one experience on a jury sort of bears that out, we acquitted and the more I thought about it the more I thought they should have never tried the case. The accused had been indicted inspite of thin evidence, in fact in spite of evidence for the prosecution which actually caused me to support acquittal.

People are charged with a crime and they have a fair hearing in a court
of law where the judge and/or jury decides if the person is guilty. That
