• The Rudy Giuliani Verdict is a Pyrrhic victory for the plaintiffs.

Those bitches will never see a dime. They first have to pay their lawyers
a 45% commission and then their attorney legal fees at $800 per hour and
then any other legal costs. Of course, Rudy doesn't have $148M, so he can discharge it in bankruptcy court.

Those bitches better not cancel their Medicaid, food stamps and HUD
    section 8 vouchers.

Likely their lawyers were working on commission - they get first cut of whatever is extracted from Giuliani - and I'm sure they'll find ways to
    get that money.

Fuck off, Francis, you incompetent shyster. With every post, you prove you're the shittiest lawyer in the state of Utah.

What could the greaseball Giuliani appeal, Francis? The excellent judge's summary judgment against him for failing to turn over information in discovery? No fucking way, Francis. The summary judgment is rock-solid under federal rules of procedure, Francis. Federal rules of procedure are something that *you*, a sleazy filthy rent-skip chaser, simply *do not know*.

Could the greaseball appeal the damages award? Maybe. But an appeals court cannot simply throw out *all* damages, Francis. And you *know* that an appeals court is not going to overturn the summary judgment against the greaseball.

You absolutely are the shittiest, dumbest lawyer in all of Utah, Francis. If you
represent someone in some legal action, Francis, it is legal malpractice by definition.

Rudy seems to suffer from MPD (multiple personality disorder).
In Rudy's case it's a severe case of MPD due to him having dozens upon dozens of personalities each
    posting under a different nym.

Sorry, bankruptcy doesn't not eliminate civil suit damages for ""for willful and malicious injury" suits... They can still
attach your wages, property, home, even retirement and social security accounts.
You will owe on such a suit until you settle or die. At which point whatever you might have in your estate will be liquated to service that suit.

You stupid Nazi fuck, "pothole": appellate courts do not hear testimony. The reason the gutless greaseball Giuliani didn't testify is his testimony could be used against him in *other* criminal trials he is facing. The greaseball is almost certain to be convicted in the Georgia RICO case, and although he is only
an unindicted co-conspirator in the federal election interference case, Jack Smith could charge the greaseball at any time. The greaseball unquestionably *would* have incriminated himself, had he testified in the civil trial.

Why don't you just shut the fuck up for good, "pothole," you stupid fucking Nazi.

True; however, if I were trying to live on social security in New York

Nope. While there are hybrid fee structures, they cut into the contingency part, cf
    http://www.newyorklegalethics.com/hybrid-fee-agreements-okay-or-no-kay/
"any lawyer who wants to use a hybrid fee arrangement that combines both contingent and hourly elements must make sure that the total fee actually received does not exceed the maximum percentages allowed by the court rules."

This is legal ethics which is not legally binding to any one in the State
of NY. Think of it as a big wish list.

This lawsuit took place in Georgia not NY. There is also no such ethics in
    the other 48 states.
