Those along with people building houses in places they shouldn't, like coasts and mountains and other places like faults, ARE the reasons why it only SEEMS like there are more disasters than ever.
Fires are another topic of disagreement. Left-wing loons can't wrap their heads around the FACT that people set fires, since wood, leaves and other forest items can't spontaneously combust, unless it's like 451° Fahrenheit.
Also, they can't get it, that there are BILLIONS more people on planet Earth, meaning there ARE going to be more disasters, simply because those billions of people want to live where disasters are most likely to occur.
There are actually fewer tornadoes than ever, especially F3 to F5s. Don't let the data mining bogan Arsetralian tell you any differently. He counts Doppler RADAR cloud swirls as tornadoes.
There are far fewer acres of forests being burned, than ever. Prevention? No... even with far more fire-food than ever, because of environmentalists not letting governments manage forests, there's STILL fewer acres being burned, and what BEING burned, is usually from human-set fires and/or lightning.
The forests aren't being burned because it's drier, you morons say global warming causes more moisture in the air. Or, what is it THIS week? Drier or wetter.
Remember... global warming and climate change causes EVERYTHING to be wetter AND drier at the same time. (see below)
