    It is not.

The Jewish people have every right to their own

They don't have any right as Jews to a homeland, and certainly not
when it means denying an equal right to a homeland to Palestinians.

Yes, the Palestinians do deserve a right to a homeland.

    No, they weren't.

They certainly were offered a 'homeland'.

A toothless UN "plan" is not an offer of a homeland.

You are calling it a "toothless UN "plan".
OK. Well the Jewish citizens had every reason to be
cynical about this UN Plan. But they accepted it.
And worked toward it. And, although they were attacked
by the resident Palestinians who were assisted by five
organized Arab country armies, the Jews won.

The Palestinian people could have accepted it also.

But now, 75 years later, the Palestinians still do
not have a country. They are resorting to sneak
attacks over borders to kill over 1,300 innocent
    civilians.
What do you think about the 80 year old Jewish
grandmother and her 12 year old granddaughter who
were kidnapped, taken across the border into
Gaza and then killed. I guess that is what
    terrorist organizations do.

How can you try to justify that?
