    The start of this problem was Hammas picking a Jewish
    Holiday to launch a murderous terror spree.

    Very clearly Hammas terrorists targeted civilians and
    killed men, women, children and babies.

    Very clearly Israel is targeting militants who have
    been allowed to stay inside buildings also used by
    civilians.
    Hammas has told civilians not to move south and
    follow Israeli warnings to avoid strikes.
