Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said Sunday on MSNBC that
being against Zionism is not only "anti-Semitic" but "genocide" because
"every Jewish person is a Zionist."
"Anti-Zionism I've long said is anti-Semitism, I was wrong, anti-Zionism is genocide," Greenblatt declared.
"Every Jewish person is a Zionist," he insisted regardless of whether
they're a religious Jew or an atheist.
In the same interview, Greenblatt went on to say it would be "wrong for me
or anyone else to hold all Palestinian people responsible for Hamas" and
"it is wrong to hold any people collectively responsible" but he has had nothing to say about Israel's top officials dehumanizing all Palestinians
as "human animals" and declaring that their "entire nation" is collectively responsible for the actions of a fraction of Hamas militants.
