Rudy Giuliani, a lawyer and top adviser to President Donald Trump, is
calling Republican lawmakers urging them to delay the electoral vote count
by at least one day to allow the president and his team to present more evidence of alleged election fraud. Giuliani was making calls this
evening, as late as an hour before Congress reconvened, in a desperate
attempt to block the final count of Electoral College votes.
At approximately 7 p.m., Giuliani called newly sworn-in Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville, a staunch Trump ally, imploring him to stall the process. “I
want to discuss with you how they're trying to rush this hearing and how
we need you, our Republican friends, to try to just slow it down so we can
get these legislatures to get more information to you,” Giuliani said in a voicemail. “And I know they're reconvening at 8 tonight, but it ... the
only strategy we can follow is to object to numerous states and raise
issues so that we get ourselves into tomorrow—ideally until the end of tomorrow. I know McConnell is doing everything he can to rush it, which is
kind of a kick in the head because it's one thing to oppose us, it's
another thing not to give us a fair opportunity to contest it.”
Giuliani tells Tuberville that McConnell wants to narrow the objections to
just three states and explains that the Trump team wants to object to 10.
“So if you could object to every state and, along with a congressman, get
a hearing for every state, I know we would delay you a lot, but it would
give us the opportunity to get the legislators who are very, very close to pulling their vote, particularly after what McConnell did today.”

out that both Republicans and Democrats were involved in counting Pima County’s ballots multiple times and the results were certified by officials representing both parties in the state.

"Election Integrity Commission" to gain access to a voting machine owned

small Cross Village Township community. Township Clerk Diane Keller told the News-Review that she met with a township trustee at the community center on January 14, 2021, and discovered what looked to be a break-in.
A door where voting equipment was stored was ajar and a tabulating machine appeared to be missing screws, according to Keller. The trustee who met
her, Howard
Wood, was accompanied by two men wearing bulletproof vests, including
one who
was armed. Wood explained that the men were there to conduct a "forensic
audit"
of the voting equipment, although no audit had been officially planned
and he did
not have the authority to arrange one.
Jackson told the deputy that "there was data on a satellite owned by
Vatican City
which would prove voter fraud had occurred in the United States,"
according to the
affidavit. The bizarre claim may be related to the "Italygate"
conspiracy theory,

A former Houston Police Department Captain was arrested and charged for
running
a man off the road and pointing a gun at his head in an attempt to prove
claims of a
massive voter fraud scheme in Harris County, according to a news release
from the
Harris County's DA's office.
Mark Anthony Aguirre, 63, was arrested by Houston police Tuesday and
charged with
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony
punishable by up
to 20 years in prison.
"He crossed the line from dirty politics to commission of a violent
crime, and we are
lucky no one was killed," Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said.
"His alleged
investigation was backward from the start - first alleging a crime had
occurred and
then trying to prove it happened."
According to court documents, Aguirre told police that he was part of a
group of private
citizens called the "Liberty Center," who were conducting a civilian investigation into the
alleged ballot scheme.
According to Aguirre, he had been conducting surveillance for four days
on a man who
was allegedly the mastermind of a giant voter fraud scheme. Aguirre told authorities
the man was hiding 750,000 fraudulent ballots in a truck he was driving.
Instead, the victim turned out to be an innocent air conditioner
repairman, court
documents said.
According to court documents, there were no ballots in the truck. The
truck was filled
with air conditioning parts and tools.

In another sign of the lingering unrest over President Donald Trump's
election loss, an Arizona group sent the National Archives in Washington,
D.C., notarized documents last week intended to deliver, wrongly, the
state's 11 electoral votes for him.
Copies of the documents obtained by The Arizona Republic show a group that claimed to represent the "sovereign citizens of the Great State of
Arizona" submitted signed papers casting votes for what they want: a
second term for Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
Mesa resident Lori Osiecki, 62, helped created a facsimile of the
"certificate of ascertainment" that is submitted to formally cast each
state's electoral votes as part of an effort to prevent what she views as
the fraudulent theft of the election.
"We seated before the legislators here. We already turned it in. We beat
them to the game," she said.
While Osiecki's elector documents do not appear to have been taken as
genuine, they are part of a weekslong effort, led by Trump, his advisers,
and involving Arizona Republican Party officials and three members of
Arizona's GOP congressional delegation casting doubt on the legitimacy of Biden's victory in Arizona and nationally.
