What these idiots don't seem to realize, is that if solar and wind hadn't been built, something BETTER would have.

Texas could have built more coal, gas and nuclear plants, that would be VICIOUSLY more reliable!

If the over-bloated budgets for solar and wind hadn't been used to put up useless-at-times wind turbines and solar panels, that money could have been better spent on nuclear, gas and/or something a LOT more reliable.

But nooooo... politicians who want to make money hand over fist, wanted their investments to pay off.

This isn't about saving the planet... hell no... it's about wealth and redistributing it away from big oil, coal and gas.
