Has Microsoft blocked ubuntu from accessing "outlook.com" to check and
    to send emails?

I don't see anywhere to login to my account. all I see is their drivel
telling me about the wonders of outlook, their premium product, that
    can't run on ubuntu anyway.

On windows it works but not in ubuntu using Firefox 120.0

Any kind of outlook.com or outlook.live.com redirects to a generic MS
page related to O365. But in the upper right corner is some kind of
'person' icon to the R of the search icon. Clicking that leads to a login.live.com page for an email login & outlook addy works.

Tested on Mint 21.2 Ffx 115 for Mint.

If you want to see what kind of snake-dance MS servers do, you can use
wget outlook.com and see all kinds of redirects followed by slow
webservice and eventually a 403 forbidden error. Pretty weird.
