What this means is that the Hawaii state courts did NOT dismiss this
BULLSHIT HARASSMENT LAWSUIT by the city of Honolulu on the basis that it
has no merit and violates "anti-SLAPP" laws. In short, oil companies to
not have to say what environmentalist WACK JOBS insist they "admit" to.

The article itself only is useful (to me) to illustratel that THIS TRIAL
IS ACTUALLY GOING FORWARD. Can you believe this shit?


OK - the oil companies have a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to PUT THIS SHIT TO
REST FOREVER.

They need to *ATTACK* the BULLSHIT CLAIMS of "man made climate change".
This means CO2. The infrared absorption spectrum of CO2 does NOT significantly include frequencies that would retain heat on the planet,
it is AT EQUILIBRIUM because of PLANTS and RAIN, and is only 0.04% of
the atmosphere. WATER is (my estimate) about 100 times MORE effective
and it varies so much that controlling it is IMPOSSIBLE


CO2 is a LOUSY GREENHOUSE GAS on Earth. Mars and Venus, it does what
you expect. But for temperatures between about -50F (or C for that
matter) and about 140F (or so), infrared energies associated with black
body radiation are *barely* impeded by CO2. As such, there is NO
effective thermal blanketing effect.

Therefore, CO2 from fossil fuel burning is *NOT* causing ANY kind of
"climate change". **PERIOD**

IF THIS IS NOT A PART OF THEIR DEFENSE THEN OIL COMPANIE ARE LOSING THE OPPORTUNITY TO PUT THIS CLIMATE CHANGE BULLSHIT INTO ITS PLACE AND
RE-ESTABLISH THEIR PRODUCT AS THE EXCELLENT ENERGY SOURCE IT IS!!!
