Here's why:

a) They are most likely sick of being Putin's propaganda bullhorn
b) They, like MOST of Russian people (in my bombastic opinion), do NOT
support what Vlad the Putinator is doing with respect to Ukraine and the
world
c) *IF* they speak out against Vlad the Putinator, they'd probably "get disappeared" and/or jailed for treason (etc.)

So with 'Anonymous' "defacing" their web pages, I can hear the sighs of
relief all the way out here in San Diego.
