Even thought it appears to have been ONLY ONE MACHINE, the fact that the testing of a 'sequestered' machine PROVES Sidney Powell's allegation,
that the Dominion machine's software was DELIBERATELY set up to "rig"
elections using a percentage-based algorithm to favor one candidate over another. This is allegedly "a feature" of the Dominion machine's
software. Or, rather, "CheatWare".

On the noqreport.com page, there's a graphic of a Dec 3 'VoterGA'
article in which it reports that the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system "flipped dozens of votes cast in at least one county" in Georgia. It
goes on to provide additional details INCLUDING the instructions hy
government officials to "reset the machines for the senate race" which
would, naturally, DESTROY THE EVIDENCE uncovered thus far (as well as
breaking the auditing system by centralizing vote reporting instead of
having individual counties do their own).


The article then concludes: "Combined with other evidence, massive voter
fraud is a certainty."
