You're free to say and post whatever you want here, yes, but I personally
would rather find more interesting material than psuedo investigative
political propaganda. At least you picked the appropriate group for the
initial post but when you posted it to another group I check fairly
often, it came off as political spam. I look in that group for pop
culture relics like old paperback novels and your post was just more spam
as far as I'm concerned. If you want to get your message across, choose
the groups that will have a receptive audience. If you don't, you come
off as the equal to the guy posting virus laden pirated software to
multiple groups that have nothing to do with software. If you want to
archive material, fine, but you only need to do it once to one group
where it will linger for a large part of eternity given current retention trends. You can refer others to the location in the political discussion groups. Welcome to Usenet where free speech reigns but be aware that
nobody has to listen to you here and it's up to you to post something
that others will pay attention to and to post it where those who might be interested in it will be hanging out.

Hey, I checked alt.binaries.wikileaks and there are no posts at all in
that group. It's completely empty so what goes on??

I'd say the problem is your Usenet provider. Try another one.

I see similar issues with some other groups, too. For example, ViperNews
shows bunch of files in alt.binaries.pictures.guns, but according to
couple other servers I use, it's empty. Perhaps models of 3d-printed guns
    is shadow-banned content nowadays.

Which group exactly are you talking about?

I tried it with multiple servers from multiple providers and it's a
complete no go. Zero posts with zero headers from all of them. The group
seems to be locked. I tried to post to it and only one provider from the netherlands carried the group and allowed me to post to it but the post
failed. That usually happens when groups are scheduled for deletion.

Well, good thing it was uploaded to several groups. Just search for
"Podesta" on nzbindex.nl and you'll find it.
