• The Truth That WCR Believers Run From... #5

    My Scenario Part 3a

Here... for example... is another Warren Commission statement that
    supports what I just asserted:

    ************************************************************
Speculation. There are witnesses who alleged that the shots came from
    the overpass.

Commission finding. The Commission does not have knowledge of any
witnesses who saw shots fired from the overpass. Statements or
depositions from the 2 policemen and 13 railroad employees who were on
the overpass all affirm that no shots were fired from the overpass.
Most of these witnesses who discussed the source of the shots stated
that they came from the direction of Elm and Houston Streets. ************************************************************

This is exactly what I just stated... the WC misleadingly stated that
there are witnesses who allege that shots came from the overpass...
INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT STATEMENT THAT THEY HEARD SHOTS COMING **FROM
    THE DIRECTION** OF THE OVERPASS.

The Warren Commission then lied by stating that "Most of these
witnesses who discussed the source of the shots stated that they came
from the direction of Elm and Houston Streets." This is a blatant lie,
and no believer will be able to credibly explain why the Warren
    Commission said this.

[The absolute silence that will follow this simply proves that
    believers themselves know they lost.]

"To the best of my knowledge there were three shots and they came from
the direction of the railroad tracks near the parking lot at the west
end of the Depository Building." - Danny Garcia Arce https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=1317#relPageId=664

"It sounded as though these sounds were coming from the direction of
the Triple Underpass, and looking in that direction after the first
shot she saw something bounce from the roadway in front of the
Presidential automobile and now presumes it was a bullet bouncing off
the pavement. Rackley stated that she did not look up at the Texas
School Book Depository building since she did not think that the
sounds were coming from that building." - Virginia Rackley https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10406#relPageId=69

"Campbell says he ran toward a grassy knoll to the west of the
building, where he thought the sniper had hidden." - Dallas Morning
    News, 23 November 1963

"Mr. CAMPBELL advised he had viewed the Presidential Motorcade and
subsequently heard the shots being fired from a point which he thought
was near the railroad tracks located over the viaduct on Elm Street." https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10406#relPageId=341

"I immediately ran to the area from which it sounded like the shots
had been fired. This is an area between the railroads and the Texas
School Book Depository which is east of the railroads." - Harold
    Elkins
    https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=1136#relPageId=558

Many more examples can be quoted & cited... this is simply *some* of
the proof that the Warren Commission flat lied about what witnesses
    stated.

Any *reasonable* and honest counting would state that roughly half or
more of the witnesses pointed in the direction of the Grassy Knoll.
This alone discredits the Warren Commission as an honest investigation
    of the truth.

Indeed, only counting those who were DOCUMENTED in the first two days
    - Mark Lane points out that "Twenty-five witnesses are known to have
given statements or affidavits on November 22 and November 23 about
the origin of the shots. Twenty-two said they believed that the shots
    came from the knoll."

His numbers are wrong - there are MORE than 22 witnesses who pointed
    toward the knoll.

This alone meets the challenge dishonestly given by believers... a
conspiracy is demonstrated by the evidence of those first few
moments... it was known that first weekend that there was a
conspiracy... as numerous eyewitnesses, in direct conflict with what
the Warren Commission asserted, pointed toward the Grassy Knoll.

And *ALONE* - it refutes the Warren Commission as an honest accounting
of the evidence. No further information needs to be given - since the
Warren Commission PROVABLY LIED about their own evidence... as I've
    just demonstrated.

And since the Warren Commission has now been demonstrated to have lied
about the evidence - they cannot be held up as the 'default' position
    any longer.

Watch - as no believer will *HONESTLY* address these facts. Indeed,
the first time I posted this - NOT A SINGLE BELIEVER RESPONDED AT ALL!

Amusingly, EVERYONE ran from this post.

Believers are TERRIFIED of the lies told by the WCR.
