perhaps none of the 3 saw oswald in the gsbd right after the shooting, unlike the wash closet version of what occurred

amazing what happens when neonazis illegally alter testiony of u.s. citizens

"the next thing you know old jed's a millionaire"

that came after shooting the oil well into existence back in arkansas

Baker didn't sign the testimony prepared for him by the Warren Commission, a self-admitted forger. Perhaps the main reason for altering Baker's testimony was the 2nd floor lunch room encounter never happened. Did Baker even read the WC testimony created
    for him?

A copy of an AFFIDAVIT IN ANY FACT bearing Baker's apparent signature states Baker's Oswald encounter happened on the "third or fourth floor", no mention of the 2nd floor or the lunch room, none, nein, zilch, nada.

Witnesses placing Oswald on the 6th floor during the shooting include but are not limited to:
    - Lawrence Loy Factor (who also placed Wallace there, though others didn't know Wallace was there until years later)
    - a very inebriated Mac Wallace speaking to Roderick Mackenzie within hours or days after the assassination.

Others placing Oswald on the 6th floor during the shooting:
    - Robert Gaylon Ross.

Oswald left 411 Elm at "approximately 12:40 p.m." per Roger Craig. So Oswald had at about 10 minutes to leave the 6th floor, be seen by Baker and Truly on the 3rd or 4th floor, dismantle the Carcano, leave it on the 3rd floor with his contact there,
then leave 411 Elm, all achievable by Oswald.

Based on his past performance and evidence Oswald probably followed orders 11-22-63 but at some point became aware of being framed and jumped out of Tippit's car (which Roscoe was also in) somewhat near 10th and Patton, causing Tippit and White to go
deeper into panic mode with White winding up killing TIppit because:
"However, Tippit had wavered, Mooney said, allowing Oswald to escape." Giancana per Double Cross

" 'Having Oswald alive ... and in custody ... put us on the spot, real good,' Mooney said, chuckling."
Per Sam Giancana, Double Cross, page 330
