Fifty-one witnesses held the shots sounded as if they came from west of the Depository, the area of the grassy knoll on Elm Street, the area directly on the right of the President's car when the bullets struck. Yet the Warren Commission concluded that "
no credible evidence" existed that any shots were fired from anywhere but the Texas School Book Depository.

Can you name another murder case where the testimony of 51 witnesses was dismissed as "no credible evidence"?

That's because there was another large group of witnesses who said the shots came from the
direction of the TSBD and those witnesses were corroborated by the physical evidence, shells
and a rifle found on the 6th floor of the TSBD. There were also several EYEwitnesses who saw
a rifleman in the 6th floor window, one of whom saw the last shot being fired. We also have
Williams, Jarman, and Norman who were right below Oswald when he was firing the shots
from the 6th floor and even heard the shells hitting the floor.

It's pretty obvious which group of earwitnesses got the location wrong, but since Gil looks at
all the evidence in isolation from the rest, he thinks equal weight should be given to both
    groups of witnesses.

False dichotomy. The fact that somebody fired shots from one place doesn't mean that shots did not come from the other. Only to Nutter Retards.

Sorry stupid, that doesn't contradict the witnesses pointing to the
    Grassy Knoll.

    So you're lying again.

This is a logical fallacy... can you name it? (Hint: it's the one most

You are misrepresenting what those witnesses actually said. They didn`t state that is where the shots came from, only that that is where they *thought* they had.

There wasn't a single eyewitness who saw a shooter on the GK. There was no forensic evidence
of a shooter on the GK. No weapon or spent shells. We have both of those in the TSBD. Lee
Bowers who had a perfect view of the area behind the picket fence saw nobody there when the
    shots were fired.

Not a relevant point. One has NOTHING to do with the other.

Sound is invisible, and reflects off surfaces, therefore it cannot credibly be used to pinpoint the location of a shooter.
