Everything above, beginning with "We began searching the floors", is a lie. Everything. Ironically enough, the empty shells were found at just about the same time, 12:58, that Fritz, Sims & Boyd said they got to the building. Luke Mooney's testimony,
Sgt. Harkness' 12:59 duly-recorded police-radio call to the Crime Lab, and Crime Lab Lt. Day's testimony all put the finding of the shells at just before 1 o'clock.

So why would Fritz, Sims, & Boyd begin their recounting of the depository scene with flat-out lies? Why did Homicide seem to want to put the discovery of the shells some 10 to 15 minutes later? How could Day, not even in Dealey Plaza, know before Fritz,
in the building, that the shells had been already found?

Certainly, Fritz & co. could have avoided this elaborate deception by simply going upstairs, confirming Mooney's presence at the shells scene, and going on from there. In fact, that must have been just what happened, after Fritz, out front, saw & heard
Mooney up there. Mooney says that he saw Fritz in front of the building, & no doubt Fritz heard & saw him, too, as we know that Sgt. Harkness (who radioed for the Crime Lab) heard him, and Mooney said that the Sheriff did, too. I still see nor obvious
reason for the Fritz/Boyd/Sims hoax. Yet, there it is. A whole investigation founded on a hoax!

Nutters will accept any nonsense to keep the faith. The evidence shows clearly that Mooney found shells more than 10 minutes before Fritz and others claimed they were found. There were two discoveries of shells. I think both were on the 6th floor, the
point being to move the time for Gerry Hill's alibi, which is not what Willis thinks. But there definitely were two different discovery times.
