Mr. BALL. There is one question. Did you hear anybody refer to this
rifle as a Mauser that day?

    Mr. BOONE. Yes, I did.

Mr. BALL. Who referred to it as a Mauser that day?

Mr. BOONE. I believe Captain Fritz. He had knelt down there to look at
it, and before he removed it, not knowing what it was, he said that is
what it looks like. This is when Lieutenant Day, I believe his name
is, the ID man was getting ready to photograph it.
We were just discussing it back and forth. And he said it looks like a
    7.65 Mauser.

Mr. BALL. Well, did you ever make any---did you ever say that it was a
    7.65 Mauser?

Mr. FRITZ. No, sir; I am sure I did not.

    THE 7.65 MAUSER

LOL! It's AMAZING that you would accuse someone of lying, then link to
one of your lying videos that feature a lying idiot like Roger Craig!

We see the rifle being picked up in the film; it's Oswald's Mannlicher >Carcano, the same rifle that Day carried out of the TSBD and that
    appears in the backyard photos.

That was determined by qualified photographic experts, not exponents
    of gibberish reasoning like yourself.

Do you ever tire of misleading people Gil?

    I didn't think so.

Notice that Brennan is accusing Gil of lying - when all he did was
    quote sworn testimony.

Brennan apparently believes that the sworn testimony is simply a lie,
and wants desperately to close his eyes to contradictory evidence.

And the truly amusing fact is that just two days earlier, THERE
PROVABLY WAS A MAUSER IN THAT BUILDING!

How many office buildings in Dallas could that have been said of?

He didn`t accuse Gil of lying stupid, can`t you read?

And provably went out, joining all the other Mausers on the planet.

So, according to Bugliosi, it was this "oval" shape that was
"virtually conclusive evidence" of an SBT?
