    Gil, how do you see your defense dealing with the backyard photos? The photos show Oswald holding a rifle of the same kind as the assassination rifle. Cops are going to say some (or negatives) were found among Oswald`s possessions. Cops are going to say
    that Oswald said he didn`t own a rifle. Remember, you are in a courtroom, facing a jury. How do you see your defense countering that?
