• Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons - #46 - Refuted

From Ben Holmes@21:1/5 to All on Tue Jul 25 07:11:07 2023
    (46) Oswald lied about being in the backyard photo where he was
    holding his rifle.

As in the last issue, the authenticity of these photos has been
*credibly* argued against by many researchers, to include experts in
the field of photography. The quite devastating fact that the DPD had
in their possession a 'cutout' photo which could have been used in
their forgery efforts still hasn't been explained.

    http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/21/2174-003.gif

Nor has the FBI's attempt to duplicate the shadows - offered as
evidence to the Warren Commission - WITH THE HEAD CUT OUT. Now, anyone
who knows anything about the issues involved here know that the
*shadows* on Oswald's face are critical issues that have never been
duplicated. The FBI knew this, quite obviously.

    http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh17/pdf/WH17_CE_748.pdf

As Mark Lane points out: "And thus the evidence came full cycle: a
photograph doctored by the FBI was admitted in evidence ostensibly to demonstrate that another photograph, discovered by the Dallas police,
    was genuine."

These photos were critical to the efforts of the DPD to convince
America that they 'had their man'... and succeeded so well that even
many critics don't address the sad state of evidence for Oswald owning
a rifle... and the presumed 'lies' about the backyard photos may
merely be the honest truth. It's certainly true that with 50 years to
do so, no duplication of these photos has ever been made by any Warren Commission Believer.

NO DUPLICATION OF THESE PHOTOS HAS EVER BEEN MADE BY ANY WARREN
    COMMISSION BELIEVER.

Including the very moron that is constantly challenging critics to do scientific testing... This would only require a camera - Is Chuckles
so poor that he can't afford a camera?

And that fact tells the tale...

Empty unsupported claims are just like assholes, everyone has one.

Why are you TERRIFIED to do what you ask critics to do - and simply
pick up a camera and try to do the scientific experiments that would
    prove your case?

Could it be that you already *KNOW* that you'd fail?

You've not refuted anything I stated here.

I wanna see Chuckles take a yard stick, stick it up in his armpit and try to cup the other end in his hand.
And after he can't do that, he can stick it up his ass, with the rest of the so-called "evidence".

    But it *WILL* fit there!

You think an uninterested witness to a mundane item establishes things as fact. You`re an idiot.
