• Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons - #42 - Refuted

From Ben Holmes@21:1/5 to All on Wed Jul 19 08:17:42 2023
    (42) Oswald left his blue jacket behind in the TSBD.

I've done this myself... left my jacket at work. California weather
can be cold & wet in the morning, and wonderful in the afternoon... I
wouldn't be surprised to learn that Texas weather can be like that. I
wonder why Bugliosi would bring up such a silly claim as this.

Remember, he also believes that Oswald was *WEARING* this jacket in
the taxi... and left *ANOTHER* jacket in his mad rush to the
theater... it seems, that just like the too many wallets in this case,
we have too many jackets. Which has *NOTHING* to do with whether
someone is a murderer or not.

Lurkers: Watch carefully as not a SINGLE believer addresses the
central point, which is that leaving a jacket ANYWHERE has nothing to
do with demonstrating that one is a murderer.

At another thread, you just claimed "they" thought Oswald was a murderer because of a clipboard. Here you say it was because of a jacket. Did they have anything to go on, or was it just these two items?

Sounds like you're too stupid to understand what he's getting at. Does he say each of the fifty-three items individually would "convict" Oswald of murder, or is he making the case that all of these items IN TOTALITY inexorably point towards his guilt?

What did you have for breakfast this morning? I'm compiling a list of evidence proving you a child molester...

Projection. Ben talks about child molestation because he's attracted to children. It's why he worked as a martial arts instructor with kids.

The fact that Bugliosi would even list it in his 53 reasons why Oswald was guilty is bizarre.

Of course, it *could* be... if a jacket that can PROVABLY be tied to
the suspect is left in a room that he ordinarily would not have access
to, and where the murder occurred.

But believers are wacky, and can't make credible arguments.
