    He called in the description at 12:43. Robin McNeil can be seen in this photo, apparently after exiting the TSBD after his phone call, if I'm remembering the story right. Euins is already in the car, though you can't see him in this photo. This has to be
    about 12:40.

    It's easy to see how Sawyer could have conflated the information he was receiving as it sounds
    as if it was coming at him so fast he couldn't keep up with it all.
