to testify against one's spouse. However, they can do so if
they choose.
Also, It's not clear how he got the idea that the Walker
shooting is so dissimilar from the Kennedy one. After
all, both boil down to some guy shooting at a public
figure with a rifle. How different can the two crimes
otherwise be?
