Noticed the new Oppenheimer movie is still in filming, due for release
in July 2023. If their budget allows they may be able to legally
explode a nuclear bomb in an re-enactment. As a result I am informing
the Russians, the Americans, especially that there may be a nuclear
explosion in the coming weeks (close ground blast). I'm sure the
corporation would be fully legal, but the notification letter may be
delayed in the post.

I can add that they can't just blow everyone up, the health and safety
which applies is the health and safety for the scene being filmed.

Whether CGI or re-enactment is a decision in the gift of the corporation management.
