    I was in NYC the other night to see the tree and just driving around
    it looks like a war zone. Homeless all over the place. People who look
    like they are up to no good roaming the streets in groups. Boarded up
    shops and not as many cops patrolling as I remember from the past.

    I grew up in NYC so I am quite streetwise and can spot a skell a mile
    away.

    I no longer live there but I don't feel sorry for the libs who elected
    Eric Adams as mayor. What they got was DeBlasio JR.
    And they deserve it.

    Dems wanted control of large municipalities and got it. Now look what

    Milwaukee, New York City and St Louis. Nothing but crime infested
    shitholes. The amusing thing is suicidal Democrats must approve because
    they keep electing the same society destroying idiots.

    It's something that I simply don't get. The democrat party is not the party of JFK, nor is the
    republican party the party of Reagan. However when it's so obvious that the democrats are making a
    mess of things in various democrat run cities and states, the smart people kick the "vote the party
    line" to the curb and try something else. It might be better, it might be worse, but electing the
    same old hacks isn't going to change anything.
