Using web.archive.org, I looked at cached copies of that web page. A
year ago (Aug 2, 2023), the page offered an update link, and a link to
the MCT (Media Creation Tool). The "More download options" link today
and a year ago are worthless as it does not present a list of prior builds/versions of Windows 10. Another year back, and the web page
looked the same: link to update, and link to MCT.

I haven't used the MCT for several years. I don't remember if it
retrieved whatever was the latest version of Windows, or if it offered a
choice of older builds. Since 22H2 is the latest build, and that is
what you want, the MCT should provide you the means to get that build.

    https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-download-a-windows-10-iso-file-without-using-the-media-creation-tool/

That describes how to make the web site think you are not using a web
client on Windows which then has the refreshed web page present a drop
down box of other choices. However, all you might see is what Microsoft
is currently supporting, not older and unsupported builds.

For an ancient build, I did find:

    https://archive.org/details/microsoft-windows-10-1607-oct-2016-64-bit

I didn't walk back farther than 2 years when I looked there. That link
goes back 8 years. Hiedoc has an ISO downloader, but I've never used it
to know if it works, or still works.

You aren't trying to get old builds. The MCT should deliver 22H2 to
you. Why not use the MCT?

This made me realize the DVD for Win10 install had an 1809 ISO on it (10.0.17763.1), so it's old. I'll run the MCT to get the 22H2 build (19045.4780).

I just now used the MCT tool to build the windows.iso file. A bit too
big for a DVD-R, so had to use a BD-R. Not wasting a USB drive on this.
MCT creates an .iso file that I then copy or burn elsewhere. Opening
it, and looking at properties on the setup.exe says it is for
10.0.19041.1 which is the 2004 build (April 2020). Geez, I was hoping
MCT would give me the 22H2 build.

    dism /get-wiminfo /wimfile:f:\sources\install.esd
(f: is my BD disc drive, my ISO had an .esd file instead of a .wim file)

just lists the editions (Home, Pro, Education, etc) available in the ISO
which depends on the product key you enter when validating the install.
Since my license is for Home which is the first indexed edition in the
    above command, I then ran:

    dism /get-wiminfo /wimfile:f:\sources\install.esd /index:1

    which shows:

    Version : 10.0.19041
    ServicePack Build : 3803
    ServicePack Level : 0

Turns out 19041 version (for the 2004 build) is misleading. The core of
all versions since 2004 is 19041. Apparently the 3803 service pack
level is for the 22H2 build.

God, I had having to drink Microsoft's muddy waters for information.

You can do Repair Installs or Upgrade Installs, by right-clicking
the ISO file and selecting Mount from the menu (at the top),
then run Setup.exe off the virtual DVD.

Only Clean Installs need physical media.

I have used some of those images, for testing my website on IE version 9
and greater. (lower versions I have in XP).

BTW, I'm getting less interested in IE (this includes the Win10-only UWP versions but not Chromium Edge).

On real hardware. They don't on a Virtual Machine.

The point is, you don't need physical media very often.
Even on real hardware, it is hardly ever needed.

If you're a traveling computer repair guy, then you can
use physical media in your kit bag of DVDs.

I have not used DVD's in years. I do carry about

    25 USB
    sticks not-a-days.

It use to be if you came in to that web site from Linux,
it would give you that ability

    Follow up:

I figured it out. I have been using a Firefox plug in
called User Agent Switcher. Have no paid attention
to it for years because everyone using java script for that
and not the use agent now-a-days and the plug in is pretty
much useless. I have it set on default, which should
have been Fedora Linux, but apparently not.

Apparently, M$ thought I was on Windows. So I remove the
plug in and happy camping has returned.

Thank you for all the help!
