• Windows remote control of Android over the Internet

    From Harry S Robins@21:1/5 to All on Tue Jun 18 23:22:59 2024
I need to remotely control an Android tablet over the Internet between two trusting people for personal use only.

Googling, it seems AirDroid and TeamViewer work with Windows 10 for free to remotely control Android tablets, but I'm not sure if they have full
    control or not.

I don't want to drive the other person crazy by experimenting since that
other person is new to Android (which is why I'm setting it up over the
    net).

If you've remotely controlled an Android tablet from Windows over the
Internet using either of those tools, can you give me advice?

    I haven't but: ....

If the person using the Android needs help, then installing the service
program for any sort of remote control will be beyond them. They will
have difficulty understanding the concepts of a browser, installing an
app, even logging in to the device may initially be beyond them.

So you need to get the Android tablet and the controlling computer at
the same site, connected to the same LAN. You can set everything up and experiment as necessary.

Then you can train the user and be sure they've understood what they
    have to do.

    Good luck!
