I use the Carifred WAU Manager to control updates from Microsoft. I am
now being offered "Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2" with no
KB number shown. I have been unable to find much information on this
update. Microsoft indicates it has better protection from Internet bad
guys. I would like a little more info.
1) Is it uninstallable if I don't like it?
2) Will it affect any existing programs that I use?
3) Anything else to ease my paranoid mind <grin>?
Thanks!

In the Settings : Windows Updates, there is a History link where the
updates you've installed are listed. See where you are right now on updates.
In addition, double-check your "winver.exe" output, as to what patch level you're at. Like 19045.3333 or the like. 19045 is 22H2. 19044 is 21H2. Etc.
Feature enablement, turns on Features that were downloaded during the
22H2 install. Whatever that means.

Windows 10 Enterprise and Education, version 21H1
Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1
Windows 10 Home and Pro, version 21H1
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, version 21H1
Windows 10 Home and Pro, version 22H2
Windows 10 Enterprise Multi-Session, version 22H2
Windows 10 Enterprise and Education, version 22H2
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, version 22H2
My machine froze and black screened, when I pasted that into a post a
few minutes ago. Power dissipation on freeze, 53 watts. 36 watts is
idle. 130 watts is railed on one core. So it wasn't railed/frozen,
it was frozen/frozen. Keyboard shift lock did not work. (c-a-d
could not work of course). Power is consistent for Thunderbird running.

You can lock the OS version with Incontrol. It should show "10 22H2"
and then you can click the Take Control to lock it at 10 22H2.
https://www.grc.com/incontrol.htm
It's to protect against "coincidental" attempts to install Windows 11,
if it ever comes to that. Even with InControl asserted, you can still
stick a W11 DVD in the machine, run setup.exe, and it will install
W11 over W10. InControl is to prevent Windows Update from doing it
(using the known/available registry entries for control, which
can be rescinded at any time).
