    Are there any free, no registration websites available anywhere where I
    could configure it to receive a Telnet feed and post the resulting data?

    Would the "feed" be a input file with a set of telnet commands?

    Windows 10, and prior Windows version, have a telnet client. You can
    run it for free inside a command shell (cmd.exe). Run "telnet /?" to
    get its help. If running telnet.exe results in file not found, go to
    Windows Features to add it: run appwiz.cpl, select "Turn Windows
    features on or off", select "Telnet Client". The Windows telnet client
    does not read piped stdin to use an input file into telnet.exe. It has
    no command arg to specify an input file.

    PuTTY is another telnet client, free, and used by many.

    I'd be very surprised if anyone, anywhere would go to the expense of running a server so that anonymous strangers could fill it it up arcane data that only they would be interested in.

    It's often better to step back from (half-specified) solutions and explain what it is you want to monitor. Then you might get some suggestions.
