popping up. I unpluged a few USB storage devices but that didn't make any difference. I tried rebooting and powering off and back on but still no
fix. So I decided to live with it for a while.
Well, today I powered off my powered USB bus extension for about a minute, then brought it all back up again. It's been about 10 minutes now and no message so hopefully the condition has gone away. I still don't have any
idea what was causing it but at least it is gone.

Intermittent electrical issues don't go away.
