    dism /online /source /c:\tmp\<CabFilename>

    The catalog.update.microsoft.com can have .cab files and .msu files.

    The .msu one is a self-contained executable (just click and go). The .cab is a manual
    install variety. The .cab was more common with older Windows OSes.

    In the old days, you would do a cabextract and then there was
    a second command that did the install. DISM did not always exist,
    so there was something else for that.

    I just got 22H2, I was confused with win 11 22H2 so never got 10
    upgraded.
    Only use it for income tax and misc printing. My Brother printer
    doesn't have a win 11 driver. Don't want to get a new printer.
    Let me check for a .msu in the catalog.
